All CARCs have the option to work-from-home, offering your coaching services through ARCS online portal. We provide the following services to our Professional Members:
• A Professional profile page and coaching dashboard through ARCS online platforms.
• Approval to offer your coaching services to enrolled ARCS students and to provide ARCS materials and certifications to your private clients.
• Coaching Journey Learning Series: everything you need to launch and build your coaching practice.
• Professional Mentorship: your Coach from the Healing Journey now becomes your mentor.
• Healing Journey Classes: you can still join your Coach and classmates in healing class, but now you are likely to observe these sessions from a coaching perspective.
• Professional Development Classes: Join your Professional Mentor and your colleagues to hone your coaching and business expertise.
• ARCS Online Resource Center: national help resources for Coaches and your clients
• Administrative Support: online support, practice paperwork, marketing streams and insta-pay for your services.
• Some of ARCS Professional Members opt to volunteer, while others build their practices up to $100,000 per year or more in income — you decide how you wish to incorporate the purposeful work of helping others into your life.
ARCS Coaching Journey
As ARCS ventured from offering CARC Certifications to not only licensed therapists, but to any clients who want to “heal and help others” — we had several internal development meetings in which we weighed the perils of offering post-graduate guidance and resources on how build your coaching practice.
Unlike any other certification or degree program, we ultimately decided that we have been prepared for such a challenge — we had to “level up” to the integrity of our mission by facing one fact: If we are genuinely about empowering others, then our program should not stop at emotional healing — we should also include a pathway for economic enrichment, after certification. And thus, the ARCS Coaching Journey was conceived
Coaching Journey Challenges
We are honored to report that the ARCS Program has become a safe haven for great diversity amongst our students. Many people who would likely never meet or associate find themselves trading life stories, expressing feelings, imparting experiences — and learning from their differences as much as they are also often surprised to discover more common ground than they would have thought, within their shared humanity.
In addition to serving clients of all nationalities, cultural backgrounds, spiritual beliefs, hues and sexual identities, ARCS also stays aligned to our mission by providing services to individuals from across the educational, professional and economic spectra. This means that some of our graduates have substantial formal education, counseling credentials and entrepreneurial savvy — while others are new to one or more of these arenas. We discovered early on that there was no need to explain the benefits of the ARCS Coaching Journey to CARC graduates who were already licensed therapists or life coaches. Graduates who have been trying to build their client-base for years are amazed at how ARCS has already honed a successful process for them.
But for those who have never endeavored to Coach or to launch any other type of business before, we want to make clear that building a coaching practice takes consistent effort over time. And there are minimal but unavoidable expenses, such as professional liability insurance which averages about 200.00 per year and is an “industry standard” designed to protect you (the Coach). Optional expenses might include an additional phone line or additional paid marketing — which is each Coach’s prerogative to choose, or not.
Our point is, that we have seen some CARCs come out of the Healing Journey with unrealistic expectations like thinking that they will be making $100,000 per year, by “next week” — when it actually takes an average of 2 years to develop your practice to this level, using the proprietary methods shared with you in the ARCS Coaching Journey.
Many CARCs in our Coaching Journey Program make well over $100,000 per year, while others prefer to work part-time or to volunteer. Some Coaches have integrated their CARC learning into yoga classes or other disciplines that they teach, and some have even chosen not to coach immediately after graduation because their Healing Journey has led them to taking exquisite care of themselves for the first time in their lives and they want to continue focusing on their personal growth. The entire ARCS Program is about helping you to identify, validate and “walk in” your own truth — so just as CARCs can choose the populations and issues in which they want to specialize, each graduate will decide how to fit coaching into their lifestyle and aspirations.
The wonderful news is that you will have a host of successful options at your avail after certification, and it’s also important to realize that making these decisions prior to graduation is likely premature — most CARCs will readily attest that they experienced a fundamental, internal shift through the Healing Journey which equipped them with enhanced intuition, clear insight and a sense of selfloyalty that grants them internal permission (no one else has to “get it” or approve of it) to create their lives in a way that honors their innermost wants and needs

ARCS Professional Membership
All CARCs in the Coaching Journey are formally authorized to provide their online coaching services to enrolled ARCS Students and to offer ARCS Healing Journey and CARC Certifications to their private clients. This is a huge market advantage because all life coaches are competing with therapists from a business perspective — but not even licensed therapists can offer CARC Certifications as a byproduct of attending their counseling sessions! One common misconception about joining the Coaching Journey is the idea that one must choose between either coaching on ARCS platform or being an independent Coach in private practice, but these two things go together — you are always a private practitioner, and you will simply have the option to incorporate ARCS materials, certifications, platform, marketplace, features, functionality, resources, benefits and expertise into your practice through the Coaching Journey
Placement in ARCS Online Marketplace
All ARCS Professional Members get a stunning profile page on our online marketplace, with sections to post and update your photo, your story, your specializations, a personal welcome video (optional), your session offerings, your session pricing, and even “words of wisdom” to give visitors insight into your practice style and philosophy.
Coaching Dashboard on ARCS Online Platform
Your ARCS Coaching Dashboard provides easy-to-access information on all of your clients-students, including the ability to communicate sending bulk emails or texts and a seamless interface for reviewing Healing Journey lesson progress.
Professional Mentorship
When you graduate from the ARCS Healing Journey, you (the student) will become the teacher — and when you opt to join ARCS Coaching Journey, your Coach can become your Professional Mentor! Now the two of you are colleagues, and you will be able to garner from their practicebuilding experience.
ARCS Professional Development Workshops
Each ARCS Professional Mentor offers a live, weekly, online Professional Development Workshop in which you and other graduates from your Healing Journey class will discuss everything from case studies, challenging clients, emotional triggers and ethical conundrums that come up over the course of your career — to sharing practice building tips, “subbing” for each others’ sessions when someone needs a holiday, and always being on hand to provide camaraderie and support for one another

Just as ARCS Healing Journey students enjoy a series of enlightening lessons, Coaching Journey participants have access to several professional development modules. Just some of the topics covered include:

As an ARCS Professional Member, you can still enjoy your Professional Mentor’s weekly Healing Journey workshop — and students will often ask to hear your story, wanting to know more about how you graduated through their class and are now coaching others.
ARCS Online Coaching Resource Center
We provide an extensive and ever-growing online resource directory for our CARC-Members. Entries are submitted by both ARCS Support and Coaching Journey CARCs, so that collective information and experience can be shared:
1. national crisis and intervention resources to refer to your clients
2. external professional development resources, for Coaches
3. self-care and wellness resources, for clients and Coaches
4. coaching know-how, tips, philosophies, specializations and styles
5. Links to online articles, podcasts and videos that can benefit your practice

Journey video lessons to show and discuss in their coaching sessions.
